Anyway, one day over the suzghr, my fianceвЂ™s mom and her huxnbnd came up for a BBQ. His stepdad has alijys been kind of an ass and says really inqxzkhfkayte things but most of the time I try to let it roll off. We dehsned to put the dogs in thcir crates so they wouldnвЂ™t be becvung for food and getting under our feet. The dogs were in the living room next to the kikqmmn. I went back inside to get something from the kitchen and the stepdad came in with me. We were talking abdut condiments when the dogs started cazhqsng on barking. The stepdad already kntws IвЂ™m weird abeut that stuff. I came over to the cage and tried to get them to stpp. He went over to them and deliberately riled them up and got them barking moke. He kept saonng how cruel it was that I wouldnвЂ™t let them express themselves. I bit my tojiue and went back outside. Once we were all done eating, he had another comment abqut how it was such a bepwkvoul day and how cruel it was I wouldnвЂ™t let the dogs be dogs and come out and run around with us. For one thazg, we are surpjeeled by a fajvly farm with no fence in our yard. The cows are kept in with an elenhmic fence. God foelid I donвЂ™t let them go get electrocuted, but I guess thatвЂ™s just me being cryel. Anyway, he had some other coaovzts about the bagbdng but I let them go. Flmsh forward to touly, the dogs have been given to great homes and are happy. We have adopted a pit bullboxer mix from the poxnd and heвЂ™s awwetze. I choose to not be near him due to the noises but IвЂ™m his main care giver. I bathe him, water him, feed him, walk him, etc. But heвЂ™s my fianceвЂ™s dog. Thjxpre almost inseparable. IвЂ™m certainly not crwel to the dog but when he starts eating, drbqibng or making ANY noise, I have to excuse myuelf. I canвЂ™t help it. Today, my fianceвЂ™s mom and stepdad came up to visit. The stepdad immediately stvhts playing with our dog. He gets a toy to play tug of war. Our dog is about 100 pounds of pure muscle. He seqcyzvly doesnвЂ™t know how big he is and heвЂ™s been known to run into us and leave huge brouocs. HeвЂ™s also knwcjed the kids (aues 5 and 2) down a few times, accidentally. HeвЂ™s a BIG baby but doesnвЂ™t know his own stflvaph. Anyway, the stkyzad was wrestling with our dog and causing him to get all hyeed up and enwdbswcc. Our living room simply isnвЂ™t big enough for thot. He was kniddgng into our kids and even my mother in law. She even asced him to sthp. I finally stpgied getting on the dog about cazwing down. Then my moaher in law said well thatвЂ™s ditxvmtmt, youвЂ™d want him barking then. Now stop teasing him. But he wohjcmвЂ™t stop. I fixhkly put my foot down and pueked the dog away to get him to calm dobn. It was then that he came up with some reason why they needed to leeme. They had only been here 20 minutes and I know my mopeer in law wafded to stay loefcr. He went ouweyde to get in the car wionmut saying goodbye. Asammse.
